Ober-Haus provides all real estate services in Lithuania and the Baltic region. The company opened its first office in Tallinn in 1994. Today, Ober-Haus has 20 offices in the largest cities of Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, employing more than 240 employees.

Since 2007, Ober-Haus has been part of the group of companies belonging to the leading real estate market player in Finland Realia Group. In 2021, Ober-Haus joined the largest Finnish real estate brokerage and consultancy company Kiinteistömaailma.

In Lithuania, Ober-Haus has offices in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Palanga, and Druskininkai. Our extensive office network allows us to provide high-quality services promptly in any location across the country.

Our team consists of more than 140 professionals throughout Lithuania, including property and business appraisers, residential and commercial real estate experts, property management administrators, and market analysts.
